Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your NEWNEL purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged by normal wear
  • Items that have been altered or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery date
  • Custom or personalized items (if offered)

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at newnel.management@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Get Return Authorization: We'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and return instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Pack items securely in original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship Your Return: Use the prepaid return label we provide (domestic returns only)

Return Shipping

  • Domestic Returns: We provide prepaid return labels for US customers
  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Defective Items: We cover all return shipping costs for defective or wrong items

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size or color, please return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
  • Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is posted)
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at newnel.management@gmail.com
